What to expect?
To learn breathing and relaxation techniques to release tension from the body and face, emotions that don’t deserve us anymore. Learning to relax the stress from the face will help reduce and prevent deep-set lines and wrinkles caused by stress, squinting or grimacing.
- To reduce horizontal lines on the forehead and lines between the eyebrows.
- To strengthen the muscles around the eyes, reduce crow’s feet and hooded eyes.
- To lift and firm the cheek muscles.
- To reduce lines from the nose to the mouth.
- To smooth fine lines around the lips and lift the corners of the mouth.
- To firm the jawline and jowls, reducing sagging skin and double chin.
- Lift neck muscles and firm the skin in the area.
We will learn about acupressure points to increase prana flow to reduce tension, increase circulation and healthy glow to the skin.
To get great results, practice it every day. So, it is the regularity of practice that plays the most significant role in the smoother, firmer and healthier looking face.
