The first time we meet on zoom, will talk about your goals, what concerns you and what you want to change in your appearance. Then, it will give me an idea of how to plan and construct specific classes to achieve the goals you wish and get great benefits from face yoga.
We will dive into the face yoga practice during our first meeting, so you will experience how it works and if it will work for you.
We will practice breathing techniques to relax and let go at the beginning of each class. Then we will train upper and lower facial muscles to lift and firm them. Then move to facelift massage to boost circulation, collagen and elastin production for youthful and glowing skin. Also, we will focus on acupressure points and finish with relaxation.
